Film Noir

Film Noir this genre of film is austere, dark and thoughtful with a feeling that all hope is gone. Broody and moody. Heavily silhouetted. The film normally portrays an angst driven male with a femme fatale to provide a touch of mystique and seductiveness. Example of this genre are The Maltese Falcon and The Postman Always Rings Twice
