Real Player - There is an option for either the free version or pro version it is up to you, as to which version you go for.

VLC Media Player - this is an open source player.

JW Desktop Player - there are two players on the download page. The one you require for watching video on your desk top is located in the middle of the page.

Java - Sun Java is used by many websites to enable correct viewing, if you think you are having problems viewing video you may require this plugin or a more recent version.
